A Charming Stay in the Heart of It All

The staff welcomed me with warmth. Selcuk helped me learn about the Istanbulkart and its benefits. Ramazan kindly carried my bags to the garden room. The breakfast was delicious, it had various options. Kadir served great food at the Garden Restaurant (i had the pottery kebab!). I felt great.

I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The breakfast was quite limited in variety. Coffee was served in paper cups. I expect better. the bathroom looked rather old and could have been cleaner. The quality of local dishes was good. I expected the basics to match that standard.

my room faced some sort of alley it seemed and the noise at night was something else sleeping wasn't easy i tell you another thing the shower temperature was so inconsistent i seemed like i was in some twisted science experiment going from freezing to scalding in seconds

The staff were helpful. Elvin from guest relations stood out. Breakfast included delicious fruits, veggies, and handmade jams. The location was a short walk to tourist attractions. I appreciated having very nice rooms with jacuzzis for relaxation after long walks.

the staff was great, they helped with questions. the room with balcony felt cosy. the hotel was close to the most important things. breakfast was delicious. the location is very good.
the room was beneath the restaurant, and it was very loud from early in the morning until late at night. it has no natural light. many things don't function in the room including tv. the hamam had rust coloured water.
